Planned and coordinated events with film, journalism and other entertainment and communication VIPs, executives, academic and student clients. Advanced local performing-arts groups as well as corporate events. Managed travel and hotel for VIP guests. Hired and supervised vendors, technical crews, and caterers.

Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Production Coordinator

August 2007 - November 2007

Coordinated celebrity and performing arts engagements and events for audiences up to 2,600. Advanced touring theatrical, music and dance companies. Worked directly with artists, management and agencies to ensure contractual and rider fulfillment. Supervised crews IATSE stage hand and other crews, stage-managed events.

Managed artist, VIP, technical elements and logistics in busy performing arts and concert hall spaces.  Coordinated with audience services, caterers and vendors to ensure live event success before audiences of up to 2000.
